The Dualtron Victor Luxury arrived in a big box that was neatly packed and protected.
The box included:

Assembly
The assembling process of the Dualtron Victor Luxury is pretty simple, the scooter comes almost ready for use.
You just have to unfold the handlebars – you’ll notice two clamps on each side that you’ll need to pull towards the middle and then just lift up the handlebars. Make sure they lock into place by tightening the clamps down.
Next, make sure to lock the stem by tightening the clamps on the front of the stem.
Finally, for an extra layer of safety, I recommend making sure there are no screws that have become loose during the shipping process.
Folding and unfolding
Folding and unfolding the Dualtron Victor Luxury is a straightforward process.
To fold the electric scooter, start by loosening the reinforced clamping ring, situated on the left side of the platform.
Once loosened, raise the clamping ring to release the steering column, allowing it to fold.
After folding, secure the latch located at the rear footrest, ensuring stability during transportation.
This user-friendly mechanism facilitates easy folding and unfolding, providing convenience and practicality for users looking to stow away or deploy the Dualtron Victor Luxury efficiently.

Speed and speed tests
Officially, the Dualtron Victor Luxury has a speed of 42 mph / 69 kmh.
This is a decent top speed, and during my test ride the scooter achieved 41 mph / 67 kmh. Also, I have to add that the acceleration was pretty impressive, achieving this speed in seconds.

Motor and motor tests
The Dualtron Victor Luxury boasts a robust and powerful performance driven by its dual-motor configuration.
With two formidable 2000-watt motors working in tandem, this electric scooter delivers an impressive total power output of 4000 watts.
This is one of the factors that makes the Dualtron Victor Luxury a perfect option for riders looking for a powerful and energetic experience.
Range and range tests
The official range that this scooter offers is 55 mi / 90 km.
I was able to reach 46 mi / 75 km on a single charge, in a normal driving condition and medium speed.
This kind of range is okay for city commuting, I don’t think many people would realistically need more. Still, if you’re after a scooter that offers more, check out other options from my list of best long-range scooters.
Battery and charging
The LG 60V battery with a 30 Ah capacity, is one of the strongest features this scooter has and the reason for its longer range.
Although it’s a compact scooter, somehow they’ve managed to squeeze in a pretty large battery by using LG’s 21700s.
One thing that bothered me is how long the scooter takes to charge – for fully charging the scooter you’ll need to spare 17 hours through the single charging port on the left side of the platform.
Climbing angle and climbing tests
The Dualtron Victor Luxury offers a climbing angle of 23°.
The dual 1200W motors deliver ample power that help this scooter take on really steep inclines.
A tip that helped me during my ride – reduce the power at startup to tackle inclines more easily and to minimize wheel slip.
Waterproofing and IP Rating
The user manual for the Dualtron Victor Luxury doesn’t have an official IP rating.
My guess is that the scooter probably has an IPX4 rating. Based on my tests, it seems to handle light rain fine since I rode it in those conditions without any damage.
However, try to avoid wet weather with this scooter, just as a precaution.

I didn’t expect less from the Dualtron Victor Luxury and its powerful performance, including its impressive top speed and robust dual motors.
The scooter’s ability to handle hills is impressive, and provided me with a smooth and confident uphill experience.
Due to the scooter’s generous range, I was able to cover longer distances without, recharging which is great.
The suspension system on the Dualtron Victor Luxury contributed to a comfortable ride, effectively absorbing shocks and vibrations from various terrains.
Additionally, the scooter’s solid build and durability provided a sense of stability and safety during my test ride.

Weighing slightly more at 75 lbs / 34 kg, it maintains a comparable load capacity and hill climb capability.

The impressive 31.5Ah battery lets you go on longer journeys, covering a marathon-like 115 mi / 185 km on a single charge.
However, it’s a bit slower, reaching 50 mph / 80 kmh due to its single 1400W motor.
Overall, the Victor is perfect for thrill-seekers who want power and agility, while the VSETT 10+ is an ideal choice for those who prioritize comfort, stability, and a longer ride on a single charge.
Build quality
The sporty design of the scooter reveals a spacious platform covered in an easy-to-clean silicone protective layer.
LEDs decorate the wings, steering column, and suspension arms, featuring blue accents for added visibility.
For a more discreet approach, you can use a remote control to choose subtle lighting animations or turn off the lights completely. It’s crucial to keep the lights on, especially at night, to signal your presence to other drivers. Use the left-side switch to turn off all LEDs except for braking, activating the brake light and hazards. On the right side, another switch controls the rear hazards.
Moving to the rear platform, the Luxury model provides a footrest with brake and position lights.
The well-placed plastic bumpers are really effective, and the rear mudguard doesn’t interfere or risk damage during rides.

I personally enjoyed the impressive Zoom hydraulic brake system. It’s not just about performance; it’s about that confident feeling you get, knowing you have full control over your speed and can smoothly come to a stop whenever you need to.
Controller and display
In the scooter’s cockpit, the left handle incorporates a switch to turn off all LEDs except during braking, while the right handle accommodates the accelerator.

The EY3 display is easily readable, even in bright sunlight.

The EY3’s trigger is quite a stretch from the brake lever, especially when using Zoom hydraulic brakes.

Firstly, this is not a cheap scooter, considering its performance and the power it offers. So, if you’re on a budget you can take a look at some other scooters under $2500, $1500 or $1000.
One notable downside is the scooter lacking an IP rating, making it less suitable for use in rainy conditions.
Additionally, the throttle ergonomics, particularly the stretch from the brake lever to the EY3 display trigger, might feel less intuitive for some riders.
However, in my opinion, these concerns are outweighed by the scooter’s outstanding performance, handling, and premium features, making it a top choice for those who prioritize power and agility over minor tradeoffs.
