The EMove Cruiser is my favorite electric scooters because it has everything you would want as a rider.

It’s one of the rare electric scooters that are durable despite being lightweight.

Its biggest advantage is the range, which is almost unbelievable, considering the weight and the price.

Another thing that sets the electric scooter apart from its competitors is its IP rating of IPX6. That’s a pretty high level of water resistance for an electric scooter. I still don’t recommend driving the escooter in the rain, but if I absolutely had to, there is no model I’d trust more.

You can check out my detailed review of the EMove Cruiser here.

Honestly, I would recommend this scooter to pretty much everyone.

Great quality, excellent performance, unrivaled value for money, coming from one of the most trusted brands in the industry. Easy on the beginners, great for the advanced riders as well, pretty good for commuters, this baby has it all.

If you live in a rainy area where it’s almost impossible to avoid riding in the rain, getting this electric scooter should be a no-brainer.

The Emove Cruiser is also great for heavier adults because of its high weight capacity. In short, if you want a luxury electric scooter that has excellent value for money, the Emove Cruise is the way to go.

Don’t get the EMove Cruiser if you’re looking for a very fast scooter. Also, this is not a very good off-road scooter. Consider other scooters if you’re looking for something for those use cases, such as other scooters on this lists.

The Apollo City is the perfect user-friendly, beginner-friendly electric scooter for commuting.

It guarantees a high-quality ride with decent performance. The dual suspension system, pneumatic tires, and high-build quality of this electric scooter will make you feel safe and stable throughout the ride, which is a huge deal in this price range.

Also, the IP rating of this electric scooter is IP56, which means it’s resistant to water splashes from all angles. This is something you don’t get even in higher-priced electric scooters.

You should check out my full review of the Apollo City electric scooter here for more information.

The scooter is made for commuters, and serves that use case flawlessly.

With the level of quality you get with the Apollo City, it’s perfect for beginners looking to buy their first electric scooter and can also serve as a worthy upgrade.

It has great brakes and suspension systems in both of its wheels which is rare to find in electric scooters of this price range. In fact, a lot of more expensive electric scooters don’t have this feature either.

So, if you prioritize safety and stability in your electric scooter rides, going for the Apollo City can be a good idea.

If you’re looking for something that can ride well on off-road terrains, this isn’t the electric scooter for you. Its tires are too small to handle the unexpected obstacles found on off-road terrains. Also, the scooter also isn’t for you if you’re looking for something fast.

The Apollo City is primarily a commuter electric scooter for riding in urban cities. That’s where it shines, and when you should consider it.

Minimotors was the the first brand to introduce the concept of using dual motors in an electric scooter. The Dualtron X Limited is one of their most powerful electric scooters yet. You get a high-capacity battery of 5040 Wh, giving you an easy range of 105 miles on a single charge.

The electric scooter is also equipped with a two 4,000-Watt hub motors with a top speed of over 68 mph! All that combined with a 4-piston hydraulic brake system and in-built ABS makes it hard for any other electric scooter to beat the Dualtron X Limited in terms of performance.

See my complete Dualtron X Limited review if you’re curious.

The Dualtron X Limited weighs 183 lbs, so it isn’t the most portable electric scooter out there. However, that’s the case for most high-powered electric scooters in the market.

The electric scooter is also very expensive, probably prohibitively expensive for some.

So if you don’t want to spend this much money on an electric scooter or want something more portable, the Dualtron X Limited is not the model for you.

But if you want a high-performance electric scooter that’s a beast on all kinds of terrain, the Dualtron X Limited is likely to be your choice. It’s simply the most powerful scooter on the market today.

The Kaabo Wolf King GT Pro is the dream electric scooter if you’re an off-road riding enthusiast. It’s powerful, robust, and feature-rich.

This monster has dual motors of 2000 watts each and a large 2.52 kWh battery.

The scooter’s impressive top speed is 63 mph, and you can get about 74 miles far with a single charge.

Since the electric scooter is among the fastest escooters as well, it’s equipped with both front and rear hydraulic disc brakes, and a dual suspension system for comfort and safety.

This is a heavy scooter, and it’s not meant for everyday use and commuting. Also, while not the most expensive scooter ever, it still comes with a high price tag.

The Kaabo Wolf King GT Pro is for anyone looking for a high-performing off-road electric scooter. It’s also safe to say it’s like a cheaper alternative to the Dualtron X Limited.

If we talk about quality electric scooters, not many models can beat the Inokim OXO.

I don’t think I’ve had a more comfortable and smooth ride with another electric scooter than I did with this one. It has absolutely everything a seasoned rider would want in their electric scooter.

You get high-quality rides, exceptional performance, comfort, and durability, all in one electric scooter. It provides consistent power and doesn’t make a squeak even on the most rough terrains.

For more details on the electric scooter, check out my Inokim OXO review here.

The escooter’s torque is also great for climbing hills, and its vibrant design will definitely make you stand out among other electric scooter riders.

The Inokim OXO isn’t the most portable electric scooter with its 74 lb weight. It has an IP rating of IPX4 which isn’t enough water resistance to safely ride the electric scooter in the rain.

In addition, its acceleration is average at best, and I often felt the deck to be slippery. If any of these downsides is something that ticks you off, you should probably skip this electric scooter.

But if you’re looking for a premium ride experience, I would definitely recommend trying the Inokim OXO. Trust me when I say that you won’t look back.

I love the Ninebot Max. I just love it!

It’s almost always priced around $800-$900, and you get a ton of value for that sum.

It’s a great high-quality budget electric scooter with a very low defect rate. The range is stellar, and ride experience is almost dreamy thanks to the big pneumatic tires, and the overall quality level is pretty much flawless.

Most components of the electric scooter have an IPX5 rating whereas some components even have a rating of IPX7. So the water resistance aspect of the model is great.

The reported climb angle for the electric scooter is 11.3°, but I’ve been able to climb angles of almost up to 25°.

Check out my detailed review of the Ninebot Max for more information on this spectacular, evergreen electric scooter.

If the rest of the electric scooters were priced higher than you’re willing to spend on an electric scooter, the Ninebot Max might be what you’re looking for.

The range is also unrivaled in this price category.

The Ninebot Max can also be a very rewarding electric scooter for beginner riders who are looking for a high-quality escooter that will last them a long time. The model is great for daily commuting and can be widely customized.

With great IP ratings, the electric scooter is also perfect for riders living in rainy or snowy areas.

Since this is primarily a commuter scooter, it won’t have the craziest top speeds or performance.

Also, while rare, flats might be an issue at times, so maybe don’t get this scooter if you live somewhere with poor road condition.

But those are not typically big problems, and this is generally an excellent scooter for commuters, beginners, and value shoppers.
