Dualtron Ultra

The brand behind the Dualtron Ultra, Minimotors USA, produces some of the best, most performant, most high-end electric scooters ever made.
The Dualtron Ultra belongs in that category as well. Without a doubt, this is one of the best electric scooters of our day.
With a range of 75 mi / 120 km on a single battery charge, and a top speed of 53 mph / 85 kmh, it is the best performing scooter on this list.
No wonder it takes 20 hours to fully charge, although there is the option for fast charging, which reduces the charge time down to 5 hours.
Even though it’s capable of great speeds, in many countries this scooter will ship with a speed limit of 15 mph / 25 kmh. The speed limit can be removed, and it’s usually done so by racing enthusiasts.
Out of all the scooters on this list, this one has the best water protection, with an IP standard of IP54.
Powered by dual brushless DC motors with dual controllers with heat sinks, its motor is capable of reaching incredible 5400 Watts of peak power. Its real power levels are around 2400 Watts. This scooter generates so much power, the motors actually have coolers for them!
The LCD display shows you every possible stat you will need, and you can also add a fingerprint reader for when you leave your scooter somewhere.
A truly amazing scooter. It costs around $3150.

Kaabo Wolf Warrior

The Kaabo Wolf Warrior is one of the classic off-road scooters. It was one of the first beastly off-road models to become massively popular. It is a real darling of the electric scooter community.
A few years, its 50 mph / 80 kmh top speed and 70 mi / 112 km of range made it the most powerful, best-performing scooter ever built.
Since then, a few more powerful models have emerged that have surpassed it with even crazier stats.
But that doesn’t change the fact that it is one of the best off-road, raw power scooters ever.
Its shock-absorbing system is out of this world. It’s actually almost the same thing that off-road motorcycles use.
The dual brushless DC motors with a combined real power of 2400 Watts, give it a climbing angle of 17 degrees, and a load capacity of 330 lbs / 150 kg.
The Kaabo Wolf Warrior is powered by high-quality LG batteries, one of the best in the game.
The front of the stem has two strong LED lights.
You can choose whether you’d want road or off-road tires when you purchase. Despite being an off-road scooter, many users choose to just get it for their commute and order the regular tires.
This off-road bad boy costs in the vicinity of $3195.

NanRobot RS11

Usually, NanRobot produces some of the best value, most powerful scooters across many price categories. As a value shopper, I’ve come to hold them in great regard.
Sadly, I don’t think I can say they’ve managed to achieve that in the 2500 Watt category with the NanRobot RS11.
Don’t get me wrong – the NanRobot RS11 is a brilliant scooter.
It is the fastest scooter on this list, capable of reaching 55 mph / 88 kmh.
It is also the best climber on this list, able to conquer the steepest of hills. NanRobot claims that it can climb hills as steep as 65 degrees, which honestly, I find very hard to believe. But still, this is one of the best climbing scooters in the world because of its torque levels.
It is a great scooter for heavy adults, able to carry 330 lbs / 150 kg on its deck.
The scooter itself weighs 110 lbs / 50 kg. That means portability is completely out of the picture, but your stability while riding will be unmatched.
What I believe this scooter lacks is range. With 65 kilometers of range on a single charge, it has the lowest range on this list. Three of the other five models have almost double the range.
If it only had at least 50 mi / 80 km of range, it would easily be my favorite scooter in the 2500 Watts category.
Anyway, there are scenarios where this is still the perfect scooter. If you’re looking for a super-fast climber, and you don’t need hundreds of kilometers of range, then you should consider the NanRobot RS11. It will cost you around $3200.
NanRobot RS11 specifications:
- top speed: 88 km/h
- range: 65 km
- power: 2500 W (real), 3600 W (peak)
- battery: 2280 Wh, 60 V
- charging time: 14 h
- climb angle: 65 °
- weight: 50 kg
- weight limit: 150 kg
Currus NF

A unique offering, the product of a French-Korean collaboration, this is the most stylish scooter on this list.
Coming with the best Samsung batteries in the game, it has a range of 75 mi / 120 km, which shares the top spot with the Dualtron Ultra. However, you will get that range for a few hundred dollars less.
This scooter can reach top speeds of 44 mph / 70 kmh. Unless you are planning to race, or risk your life, that is more than enough. Personally, I find the range to be much more important and useful than the top speed, as regular people rarely go faster than 31 mph / 50 kmh with an electric scooter.
Its dual motors have a combined peak power level of 3600 Watts. Charging this scooter will take 16 hours with the regular charger.
It uses the EY3 LCD controller, the same one that Dualtron models use.
The Currus NF comes with a lock system that will prevent theft. It also has the most options for accessories and customizations on this list.
If you are looking for a very cool-looking, long-range, customizable performer, the Currus NF would be your choice. It costs around $2800.

FLJ T113

This may be my favorite scooter on this list.
Why?
Because while all the other scooters here cost around $3000, the FLJ T113 costs only about $1500.
How is that possible?
Well, it is manufactured by a small but growing Chinese startup that is trying to establish its brand in the electric scooter world. They’ve chosen to compete with a great performing scooter for half the price.
And they’re doing great. They’ve received much love from budget shoppers looking for a strong scooter.
The dual brush motors provide a combined real power of 2400 Watts, and peak power of 3200 Watts.
Get this: for half the price, you get almost the same performances!
The top speed of this sweet package is 50 mph / 80 kmh, and the range is 50 mi / 80 km. It has a weight capacity of 330 lbs / 150 kg. That’s just awesome.
While not exactly portable, it’s the lightest scooter here, with a weight of 75 lbs / 34 kg.
The FLJ T113 is actually an off-road scooter. That means it will come with a superb suspension system (dual spring on each wheel).
It’s simply a smart value choice. It will perform like the rest of the models here, and it will cost you half. So if you’re after a 2500 W electric scooter that is the best value possible, the FLJ T113 is your choice.

When to get a 2500W electric scooter?
An electric scooter of 2500 Watts will probably not be your first scooter.
There’s nothing stopping you from getting one, but it’s usually better if you get a less powerful model as your first scooter, and a cheaper one too, and see if you’re truly into electric scooters.
While a good reason, that’s probably the only reason. If you believe you will love your scooter for a long time, go ahead and get yourself one of these models.
Where these scooters shine is somewhere between the racing and the medium scooters.
Clearly, they offer more power than your typical commuter model, or even cheaper power models.
And yet, while hard to believe, there are scooters even more powerful than these.
So this is a category for scooter enthusiasts that want a powerful scooter but don’t necessarily want to race with cars. And while you absolutely can do that, you will not have to pay double the money as with the most powerful scooters.
Also, some of the best off-road scooters in the game can be found here. The 2500 Watt power mark seems to be a sweet spot for building great off-road models.
Finally, while not the most powerful scooters in theory, literally all of these models can compete with the top performers. So if you’re after the best scooter on Earth, you can still give these babies another look.
